Sets up the IT fair of Kerala’s state school festival as a ready programme: animation, digital painting, multimedia, Scratch, web design, Malayalam typing and an IT quiz with the official indicators loaded.
The IT Fair is the fourth fair of the Kerala School Sasthrolsavam and the smallest. It tests what students can create and do with computers: they animate, paint digitally, build presentations, write Scratch programs, design web pages and type in Malayalam.
The template has seven items and no Lower Primary level. Upper Primary enters Digital Painting, Malayalam Typing and the IT Quiz; High School and Higher Secondary/VHSE add Animation, Multimedia Presentation, Web Page Designing and Scratch Programming. Every item is individual.
Four items use a printed four-line sheet. Animation puts 40 of 100 on technology and movement, Web Page Designing 40 on technical excellence, Scratch Programming 30 each on asset modification and technical excellence, and Digital Painting weighs four equal 25-mark lines. The IT Quiz uses a percentile formula, and Malayalam Typing combines an automatic typing score with a judged formatting part, so neither has a single table.
An ICT teaching-aid competition in the manual is for teachers and is not part of this template.

This template is built from the official item list and evaluation indicators of the Kerala School Sasthrolsavam IT Fair (ICT Mela), the state school science festival run by the education department’s technology agency. The festival runs through school, sub-district, district and state rounds, with Lower Primary (classes 1-4), Upper Primary (classes 5-7), High School (classes 8-10) and Higher Secondary/VHSE (classes 11-12) levels. Only the Kerala format is described here.
