Entrants are placed in age divisions: Mini Kids 4-6, Kids 7-9, Children 10-13, Junior 14-17, Adults 18-49 and Senior 50 and over, plus a Mixed Age division for groups that span generations. Every item is open to both genders and uses Polish as the language setting. The festival is reported to be a commercial, pay-to-enter international event rather than a national heritage contest, so the template carries no entry fees and no time limits; add your own if your event needs them.

Judging is on a ten-point scale. Awards run from Diamond Grand Prix, Grand Prix and Small Grand Prix down through First to Fourth Place, with a Debut Diploma and a Participant Diploma for everyone else. The template gives each tier a bonus-point value so results roll up into a ranking. No named sub-criteria are published for the panels, so none are invented: each judge enters one mark out of 10.
