The ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival’s juried Youth Art Competition for Palm Beach County schools: one 2-D artwork per school in each grade level from Kindergarten to Grade 12, with first to third places and two honorable mentions per grade, built from the 2025 rules.

A ready-made juried schools art competition with a separate grade for every year from Kindergarten to Grade 12, one 2-D artwork per school in each, and five winners per grade.

This template models a juried youth art competition run alongside a county arts festival in Florida, open to schools across the county. Each school sends one piece of two-dimensional artwork from every grade level, so a school with all thirteen grades can enter thirteen pieces. The template is built from the 2025 rules, the edition with a nature theme, so the structure is real but the theme, dates and drop-off details change each year and must be checked before reuse.

There is a single competition, Youth Art (2-D Artwork), entered individually. Any two-dimensional medium is allowed. Work must be at least 8.5 x 11 inches and no larger than 12 x 18 inches, excluding the mat, and must arrive matted and wrapped rather than laminated or framed. Every piece is judged, and home-school entries are not accepted.

Eligibility is by grade, not age. The template therefore creates thirteen groups, Kindergarten and Grades 1 to 12, each restricted by its grade, with placeholder one-year age bands from 5 to 17 that a coordinator should adjust to the real entrants. Judges choose five winners in every grade: first, second and third place plus two honorable mentions. The rules also name a Best of Show for one elementary, one middle and one high school student.

The rules print no judging criteria or marks, so none are installed, the maximum score is the platform default of 100 and placings carry zero bonus points. The one-piece-per-school cap, the Best of Show award, prize money, tickets and the matting and wrapping requirements are not enforced by the software; put them on the Registration Page as rules.
