Indonesia’s government-run Festival dan Lomba Seni dan Sastra Siswa Nasional (FLS3N) 2025, primary school (SD/MI) level: Expressive Drawing, Solo Singing, Craft, Storytelling, Story Writing, Pantomime and Dance for classes 3-5, with the printed 100-mark judging criteria for all 7 branches. Built from the Ministry’s Indonesian-language technical guide.

Sets up an Indonesian national-style primary school arts and literature festival for classes 3-5: seven branches covering expressive drawing, solo singing, a recycled-bottle craft, storytelling, story writing, pantomime and dance, each with its own printed 100-mark judging sheet.

This template rebuilds the primary school level of Indonesia’s national student arts and literature festival, known by its Indonesian name Festival dan Lomba Seni dan Sastra Siswa Nasional. It is a government-run programme in which pupils from primary schools and equivalent madrasah compete in the arts, and the 2025 technical guide it follows is written in Indonesian. A coordinator opens an event that already carries two groups, seven branches and a marking sheet for each, instead of translating and rebuilding the catalogue from scratch.

Seven branches are installed, and each carries its Indonesian name beside the English one. Five are for one pupil: expressive drawing, solo singing, a craft made from plastic bottle waste, storytelling and story writing. Two are for teams: pantomime for two performers and dance for three to five. The branches cover the visual arts, music, handicraft, spoken and written literature, and movement, so one festival day can seat judges with very different expertise and still give every pupil the same published sheet.

Entrants are active pupils in class 3, 4 or 5 at registration. The guide names classes rather than ages, so the 8 to 11 age span is an eTalenter mapping, and the two groups are called SD Individual and SD Team. Boys and girls compete together and the language is Indonesian. Every branch is scored out of 100, but the weights differ: solo singing is 30, 30, 30 and 10, storytelling is 30, 40 and 30, story writing is 35, 25, 20 and 20, pantomime is 20, 30, 30 and 20, and dance is 15, 25, 30 and 30. Storytelling is limited to 10 minutes and dance to 7.

The printed placings are first, second and third plus hope places one to three, and the guide prints no points for them, so no rank points are installed. Several things the guide describes are not modelled: the cap of two entries per school per branch, the stage-by-stage progression from school to regency or city, province and national final, the online video upload rules, and time limits that differ between preliminary and final rounds. Check your own circular for the yearly changes before the day.

Where this event is run

Indonesia, in the primary school system, as a ladder that runs from school to regency or city, province and a national final. The structure suits any organiser staging a primary school arts and literature day that mixes drawing, singing, craft, storytelling, writing, mime and dance and wants every judge to use the same weighted 100-mark sheet. It is less suited to a festival for older pupils, or one that needs ranked points per place.
