Printed the wrong age group because a filter was still set on the left? Every print page and every Design Studio page in eTalenter now shows the filters you chose as small tags above the preview. Each tag has an x. Tap it and that filter goes back to its default. It works the same on a phone and on a computer.

What you see
When at least one filter narrows the page, a line Filtered by appears above the preview with one tag per filter, for example Group: Junior, Status: Not Started or a single competition. Nothing narrows the page, nothing is shown. The tags are not printed, so your sheet stays clean.
- Tap the x on a tag to put that one filter back to its default. The page updates straight away.
- Clear all appears when two or more tags are showing and resets every one of them at once.
- Where you pick several competitions, judges or stages, each one gets its own tag, so you can drop one without touching the others.
Where it works
- Print pages: Participants by Competition and by Stage, Participants by Unit, Competitions by Participant, Score Sheets, Judge’s Scores, All Results and the Judges Assignment Report.
- Design Studio: ID cards, staff cards, certificates and result posts. The tags follow the filters of the type you are designing, such as age group, participant type, unit, competitions or card number list.
On a phone the filters live behind the Filters button. The tags stay visible above the preview, so you do not have to open the panel to check what is applied.
How a coordinator uses it
- Open a print page or Design Studio and set the filters you need.
- Look at the Filtered by tags above the preview before you press Print or Download.
- Remove a tag with its x if it should not apply, or press Clear all to start again.
What the tags do not do
- They do not show sort order, print size, columns or colours. Only filters that narrow who or what is printed.
- The age group of an ID card or certificate run, and the staff role, are shown but have no x, because the page cannot work without one.
- The number of spare or blank cards is an amount to print, not a filter, so it has no tag.
