This template sets up a Sunday school style talent test: a district or area gathering where children, teenagers, young adults and teachers from many congregations compete in singing, speaking, writing, drawing, Bible knowledge and instrumental music. A coordinator opens an event that already carries the age groups, the items, the participant types and the score limits, rather than building the schedule from a blank catalogue. It suits a district council that runs congregation rounds first and a district final afterwards, and wants entries, judging sheets and results in one place.

The age groups run Infants (4 to 7), Sub Junior (8 to 10), Junior (11 to 13), Intermediate (14 to 16), Senior (17 to 19), Super Senior (20 to 22) and Teachers (23 and over). Two more groups sit beside them and hold the items that are not tied to an age: Common (8 to 22), for the music and drawing items, and Group (8 to 22), for team entries. Because Common and Group are marked as age-independent, their entrants do not carry an age prefix on their codes.

The card grows with age. Infants sing, take the quiz and do a recitation. Sub Junior and Junior add elocution and verse writing; Intermediate, Senior and Super Senior add a written essay as well. Teachers sing, take the quiz and write an essay. Song is held as separate male and female competitions in every age group, and Group Song is split by gender in the same way. The Common group offers classical music, string instrumental, electronic instrumental, the two percussion-rhythm items Laya Eastern and Laya Western, and pencil drawing, each as an individual item.

Most items are scored out of 10, with time limits of two minutes for song, five for elocution, group song and recitation, four for string instrumental, twenty for essay and thirty for verse writing and pencil drawing. Recitation and verse writing are scored out of 80 rather than 10. The two Laya items and the Quiz carry no set duration in the template (the Teachers quiz is fifteen minutes). Grades are A at 5 and above, B at 4 and above and C at 3 and above on the 10-point score, earning bonus points of 5, 3 and 1; placings First, Second and Third earn 5, 3 and 1 points for individuals and teams alike. Those grade bands are specific to this template and should not be copied to another event.

Sunday school talent tests of this kind are run by church districts and areas, usually as a yearly competition in which each congregation fields its best entrants.
