A ready-made talent test for a Sunday school or youth fellowship: eleven items and twenty-four classes across light music, keyboard and guitar, elocution, essay writing, drawing, colouring, story telling and Bible quizzes, with four age groups from seven upwards and an open team group for the group song and group quiz.
This template models a one-day talent test for a Sunday school or youth fellowship, built from the organiser’s own printed information sheet. Entrants are placed in four age groups by their age on a fixed cut-off date: Sub Juniors (7 to 10), Juniors (11 to 13), Intermediate (14 to 17) and Seniors (18 and above). A fifth group, General, has no age bar and holds the two team programmes, so a family, a class or a whole choir can enter together.
There are eleven items. Music has Light Music Solo, Instrumental Music Keyboard, Instrumental Music Acoustic Guitar and Group Song. Speech and writing have Elocution, Story Telling and Essay Writing. Art has Drawing and Coloring. The Bible section has Bible Quiz for individuals and Group Bible Quiz for teams. Not every item is open to every age group: Coloring and Story Telling are for Sub Juniors only, Drawing for Juniors only, Essay Writing for Intermediate and Seniors, and Acoustic Guitar for Intermediate and Seniors. Because Elocution and Essay Writing for Seniors may be given in either English or Malayalam, they are set up once per language, which brings the eleven items to twenty-four classes.
Time limits are printed for most items. Light Music and both instrumental items run to three minutes with a warning bell at two and a half minutes; Elocution runs to five minutes with a bell at four and a half; Story Telling and Group Song also run to five minutes. Essay Writing is fifteen minutes, Drawing thirty and Coloring twenty, all sit-down items, and the individual Bible Quiz is fifteen minutes. Group Bible Quiz prints no time limit, so none is installed. The information sheet also gives each Group Song team three minutes to prepare from the moment it enters the stage, which is a rule for your stage manager rather than a scoring setting.
The information sheet fixes the Bible portion for each quiz and the theme for Story Telling, and it says Elocution and Essay topics are given on the spot. It prints no judging marks, grades, ranks or prizes; the Light Music note names melody, harmony and rhythm but gives no weights. The template therefore ships no criteria, grades or ranks, and each class carries a default score of 100 that a coordinator can change and fill with the panel’s own criteria. Fees are installed as zero.
Where this event is run
Talent tests that bring music, speech, art, writing and a Bible quiz together in one programme, with entrants grouped by age and a team category open to all, are a familiar format for Sunday schools, youth fellowships and parish groups in India, the Gulf states and the wider diaspora. This template comes from a single Kuwait event, so its age bands, item list, time limits and language rules describe that programme. Elsewhere, organisers usually adjust the age bands, rotate the Bible portions each year and set their own scoring rubric for each item.
